I am a user of Jio pos and Jio Pos Lite.
on **.**.** I take load of **** rs and got **** and my balance was ****.** rs, after that I recharge *** for my customer and the last balance was ***.** . but today mean **.**.** the balance was showing * and showing error of ***. when I reach to the company they are saying that because you recharge *** so your lafu was closed. when I told them about the balance he told me that balance was exhausted.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
