Digibank by DBS - Digibank by DBS asking aadhar card mandatory for banking and upgrading to full savings account.

Dbs Digi Bank is making Aadhar card as mandatory document for banking and other transactions and as per Honourable Supreme Court Guidelines and Govt. Of India guidelines that Aadhar Card is not a mandatory document. When the account was opened, I want to upgrade it full fledged savings account and as per bank policies aadhar card address and my current address should match. Address card address is of khajuraho, madhya pradesh-****** which is my permanent address and my current address is of sector **A, Gurgaon-******.
Now as I asked to accept my airtel postpaid bill copy along with other identity proof like pan card, driving license etc., the bank representatives denied for it by informing that it can be converted to full savings account using aadhar card only and asked my to get my aadhar address updated to gurgaon address which falls under their gurgaon branch which will compluse me to get temporary address updated on my aadhar card.
As, other bank provides with the alternative option to accept postpaid bill as current address proof and other document as identity proof. But Digi bank by Dbs has not made it bank policies flexible that got my account closed suddenly today it self within ** minutes at *:** PM when I inititaed the transaction through googles services for Lords Mobile game charge payment at *:** PM. The last email communication I received for the closure of bank account was on **th June ****, then until today on *th Aug **** it was not closed. But as soon as I made an attempt to do the transaction the bank account closed suddenly without any initimation or email communication or even a initimation from the chat representative Ms. Rupali of Digi Bank by DBS and an earlier chat representative named Parthasarthi informed me of complete freeze or my account and he informed me it is unfreezed too and I can carry on getting the funds through Imps or neft or can do transaction through both mediums and can be able to do UPI transaction after ** hrs.
I do have a call recording of Ms. Rupali, a chat and customer care representative or Digi Bank by DBS.
Please help me in getting the bank policies flexible as other banks have and easy and helpful for the customers. Also, do the needful to get my account unfreezed and started all over again and do the needful to change and make Digi Bank by DBS bank policies to comply with Supreme Court and Govt. Of India guidelines for aadhaar card not a necessary document for banking and bank accounts to open and making away customers hardly follow its bank policies.
