UMA UNISEX SALON - Dificiency in service

I went for botox treatment on **th march at Uma Unisex Salon,udaipur as my earlier treatment was about to fade.My hair were still soft due to previous treatment when I visited salon.Only some creases on the hair was there.She asked for *K for the botox treatment.I bargained so she agreed in ****.Bt to my dismay after the treatment it looked straight though my hair become more frizzy and dry.When I complained and askes for refund after a day.She refused and said tht after a month she would provide treatment again.Bt as my hair became dull,non shiny frizzy I shared pictures n asked for refund and did not agree for another heat treatment.She called me to the parlor and provided complimentary wash and olaplex treatment .but after that my hair got burnt due to back to back heat treatment.When I complained she provided excuses tht my hair quality is not good and suggested me to visit dermatologist.My hair condition is too worse now tht hair has burnt and become dry n frizzy.And I hv got severe hair fall now.I wish to get refund and compensation.So tht I can visit dermatologist.She has also blocked me on whtsap.Her number is **********
