PEMPA DOMA BHUTIA filed complaint against Luxury Junction on Jan 17, 2020
I have ordered a pair of shoes of size * for Rs ****/ from the luxury junction, Surat on *.**.**. The item was delivered to me on **.**.** but they had sent size ** and a totally different item. After contacting him, he told me to return it. I had returned the item through Blue dart courier paying Rs ***/- and it was delivered to him on **.**.****. But they have neither sent other shoes nor they are responding to my call or message. Kindly do the needful
