Glamdiva - Different product from the website

I saw their night suit advertisement on Instagram frequently and i thought it could be a genuine site and i placed order for pair of * night suit and i received a parcel which has very poor quality tshirt and a pjama not what was shown not even a singel % thier website is not even showing that any refund related help just its shows that payment is still due i have made the payment its been * days still their website not showing payment and refund help
I tried contacting through email and the mail returned undelivered they are scamming people i am a student every penny singel penyy is important for me
