I ordered a kurti with dupatta from meesho app worth RS *** but they sent a completely different product worth Rs. *** approx. I uploaded pic as an evidence but they are not going to exchange as their seller claims they have sent the right product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
