I had ordered hifi wireless earbuds on website www.amazing.in as showing an image of black colour with round shape whereas I got i*s Test on *th May from seller JK electronic under docket no *************. It's totally different what I had ordered. I had sent back the same on dated *th May to seller M/s JK Electronics, Karol Bagh, Delhi through DTDC courier no Z******** on dated *-*-****. Also was trying to call the seller and mobile no are not available. Besides this had sent emails to helpamazify@gmail.com.
But not getting any response from them also.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
