samsung - Different product delivered

Hi Team,

I have ordered for "Mirror Flip of model A** samsung mobile" on **-**-**** cost Rs*** /- and I received product on **-**-**** around *PM but very disappointed to say that 'Mirror Flip' is for A** samsung mobile . Hence, i would appreciate if someone can help to resolve this issue ASAP and also let us know how to return this product . I have attached necessary documents as well for your reference .

I appreciate if I can get call from Kannada or Hindi representative regard to this issue .

For your information - On the delivery packet it says A** but mirror flip is for A** and attached that as well .

I hope you revert back to me as soon as possible .
