LINING - Different model received

I ordered LI-NING Ignite * Grey, Red Strung Badminton Racquet from Flipkart which cost Rs.****/- on *feb****. But I received on **feb a different model (smash XP **Badminton) worth Rs.***/- mrp clearly mention in the packaging of the product.When I raised the return request, the seller rejected the request. They sent me this message (Sorry, the return request cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.) when product is different model then how can a delivery partner confirmed that product is ok. It's Order ID - OD******************.I am tired of return request and calling customer care since a week.please try to resolve my issue.
