Viral deals In - Different low quality product delivered

Product advertised as “* in * Powerful Vacuum cleaner from @Home care” I ordered and paid Rs.****. Viral deals delivered a vary weak low quality “* in * Vacuum cleaner for home and car”. As mentioned in their website I sent mail with details and photos & requested to exchange or refund (against return). After * days again sent mail reminded to respond but till * week there’s no reply response from Viral deals. I want either same powerful vacuum cleaner as advertised Or refund against return.
