I have ordered an item from the house of lehenga wallet on ** June for amount ****. But I received a totally different item. As their direction, I have mailed to them and also called by phone. As they said I self couriered the item to their given address for that I had lost *** as courier charges. Then they credited amount **** into their wallet. I mailed them to credit the amount into my bank account and also called them. I received a very bad response from them. Please make an arrangement to credit the full amount to my bank account. I will be very thankful to you.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
