I have ordered a saari having rate ****/- with shipping charge **/-from this site. I got an item with wrong color and the material of the sari is different from they explained in site. After getting the item I booked for return of the product. But there is no response from the authorities and they blocked my number. Please do the needfull for taking back there product and refund the cash.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
