Pickat99 - Different item delivered and not replying if i want to return

I got the link of pickat** from Instagram.....https://www.pickat**.com/
I ordered a skull candy Bluetooth earphone on **th sept **** with order number: DHP******** from this site and selected COD as the payment method...
they also called for order confirmation from this number: ********** and I confirmed
the order was delivered on *th October and I paid the requested Rs **** but after opening the box I found out there was no skull candy earphone. Instead, there was this third class china quality blue earphone packed in a JBL earphone box that also without any sealed packing...
so from that day, I am trying to call them on that number but they are not picking up...
many times I sent a text and email but there also no reply
