Zipker online service pvt. Ltd - Different from what I ordered

I had ordered an online kurti from this website from which when i had placed a ordered on march **th, ****. they call me immediately for confirmation & i received the Parcell on next day **th march. Instantly i placed a return of the product as i the product was different from the picture & it was a defected piece as the dress was having *-* spots on the front of the outfit & the wiered thing was as i placed the return on **th march, it is still pending in status. They have a number to file a complaint no one is picking up my call. No communication through mail.
No one is responding on website, not even on mail they are saying we are looking into the matter.
I am suprised to know, that those who are responding on ordering, they people are so fraud on return policies. My only thought about this website is totally fake people
Who are just making fools of buyers my only request to everyone
Not to go with this company
They are big cheater.
