Drapino - Different and Low quality Product Delivered

This is a complaint in reference to the Loss of Rs **** that happened to us by purchasing a Churidar material from the online Company Drapino.com.
By seeing the picture in their website, we gave an order for the product through their facebook page and paid the amount. After few days, we have received the product, We really got shocked by seeing the product, it was entirely different from that was shown in the picture. not only the colour, even the design was different.
So we contacted Drapino via email and facebook chat and informed, we will return the product. But what they say is they will not provide the amount back in hand but they will give only in their wallet. So that we should purchase their low quality product at a very high rate, means they are forcing us to purchase again from their online company. We told them again and again to return the money and we will send them back this lower quality product. But they are not ready to return us the money.
They are saying it is their company policy. As we have purchased through facebook page, they didn’t inform us any of their return policies.
Even we told them that we will move legally. But they were in a stand like even we(Customers) moved legally, they will never give the money back to us.
So Dear all, please ensure that such losses should not happen to anyone among you.
