Sixplus - Different and Damaged product Delivered

I ordered a beautiful set of makeup brushes from Flipkart and I was very excited for its delivery but when the order was delivered it was an entirely different product. Not only the makeup brushes were mermaid shaped small brushes that were looking very cheap and their size was so small that they are not usable for professional makeup, but also they were broken.
I have mailed to Flipkart regarding this issue three times now but still I got no reply. This is very disappointing and disheartening as this type of customer service was not expected from Flipkart.
