banaras style - different and bad quality saree

I bought two sarees from Banarasstyle website which costs Rs.****. Both were not as shown in the picture.
Order number - BS************
So I returned both the sarees which shipping costs Rs.***. After receiving the sarees, they credited money by deducting Rs.*** for parcel charges. They credited only **** to banaras style wallet. So I again ordered another two sarees worth Rs.****. I received the same on **thOCt'****. This time one was correct and the other one was totally different. When asked them in mail, they replied back saying that, both were of premium quality sarees and asking me to use it. But the quality of both sarees are very bad.
