Colive Broadway - Didnt cant deposit refund

I have deposited **k but colive is not returning my deposit and added so many irrelevant charges asking me to pay **k. They have charged me **k for not serving the notice period also which i have already served due to some technical issue it didnot got updated in the system. But i informed billing team about it and they had assured me that i will get the deposit as they have requested refund team and they have accepted my notice period as an exception. I have all the proofs in chat with the concerned person. Charged me *k as damaged matress even though it was not at all damaged. I request to return my deposit after the genuine deductions.

I used to reside in colive Broadway in Bangalore(bellandur) I vacated the premises by raising the notice in app but they haven't refunded me my advance amount. I have all the proofs to use them.
