NEHA filed complaint against Mast and harbour on Jun 12, 2020
I have ordered navy blue mast and harbour bag from myntra . But i recieved another bag which is not similar to pic which i have ordered. i return the bag on *th march **** .but till now i have not recieved my refund yet . i contact several times and always they told me that the initiate my transaction amount in my bank account. myntra told me to send my bank statement . i send my bank statement to myntra. i contact my bank branch several times for my refund. bank told me that they did not get any transaction request from myntra. when i told this to myntra they stop to reply my emails . please refund my amount ASAP.
