Veer Trip - Didn t return my refund amount

I try to book my flight through veer trip. But booking wasn't completed and my amount debited but not refund my amount. Till now **days completed from the booking. But whenever I called to them they said that today we will refund your money. But I don't know which today they meant . Because it's crossed **todays.
