My PNR zi*uyx booking I'd PRL**BA*VJK Sir maine airline ki is agency se **/**/** ko **/**/** ki ticket book kiya tha but flight cancel ho gaya covid-** ki wajah se aur airline ne **/**/** ko refund kr diya Ebix travel Ko lekin yeh log refund nhi kr rhe h bol rhe h ki hmne **/**/** ko refund kr diya h aapke account me but mere account me nhi aaya h **/**/** tak .aur roj main email bhejta hu to reply purana wala bhejte h ki hmne **/**/** ko refund kr diya.pls sir resolve the my complaint .main pareshan hu.
