I booked my ticket in red bus app for my journey starting at cherukupalli to Ameerpet in orange tours and travels ac sleeper.After booking ticket I received a text message that my ticket got cancelled. I called to the orange tours customer service and they said that the bus got cancelled and I ll get my money refunded.Although I didn't received any refund till date.Please support and help the needy as soon as possible.
