Alizeh collection - Didn t received refund

I ordered a lehanga from alizeh collection on **/**/****. The seller Ami Patel who said that the lehanga will be perfect for me so she asked me to buy it and I also liked that lehanga so I bought it. It worth **** so she asked me to pay at the beginning. So I followed her instructions and on **/**/**** I received the dress. It was a very bad dress the colour was different it had holes in it as if it was burnt. So on that day only I asked to return it and refund me the money. Then she said that I have wait for ** days after ** days they'll come and pick up the parcel so I waited patiently for ** days then everyday they used to say that they'll refund me they'll pick the dress. But they didn't so on **/**/**** they asked me to courier the parcel to their address then they'll refund me so I couriered the parcel. On **/**/**** they received the courier and when I asked for refund they said that they'll refund me on **/**/****. Today **/**/**** I again messaged them they said that they'll refund me by the evening but they are not refunding me. I want me ****(****+***)s soon as possible. Its totally depressing because my parents are continuously asking me for the money and I'm am not able to focus on my boards examination. It's mentally frustrating and depressing. Because of them I'm not able to focus on my class ** boards examination. And because of the frustration I got angry and shouted on them so she started telling me to mind your language and they also said that they won't refund me. I'm not ok with this behaviour. Plzz this is the last hope through which I can get my refund. Plzz help me.
