Mpocket App - Didn t received any money

I applied a * loans from mpocket app and in app it's showing the amount is disbursed but i didn't received any money in the bank it's been * days and i can't bank and provided the reference numbers given by mpocket but the bank said that there isn't any transaction in the reference number and the bank want me to enquire the correct reference number and these mpocket people customer care is worst they doesn't answer calls and i wrote an email but they are giving reply that the amount has been disbursed and telling me to check with the bank but i already mentioned that i contacted back already and they couldn't find any transaction on the given reference number but the mpocket executive giving reply that the amount has been disbursed check with the bank over and over again I'm sick of this people please help me out
