Sridevi Kancharla filed complaint against Creative shulabha on May 15, 2021
After payment, I didn't receive order I'd. I sent * emails and tried calling customer care, but no response. This whole mess made me change my mind , I want to cancel my order and need my money back.
There is no one responding to email or phone, I have payment gateway email, when I talk to payment gateway team they say talk to creative shulabha.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
