Chhaya Chandra filed complaint against Meesho on Apr 17, 2022
I bought a white straight pant and the fit was so bad that I had to return it. It was of Rs. ***. After picking of this product, Meesho banned my account. They didn't even initiate my refund. Now they are saying refunds cannot be initiated if your account gets banned after pickup. That's their company's policy. What shit policy is that? Why did they not ban my account while I initiated the return request. I'd have somehow used the product even though it's fabric was worst. They intentionally banned my account after the pickup. Refund my money then ban my account I don't care.
