Tuetal - Didn t receive my refund amount

I have paid ****/- rupees for purchasing wacom pen tablet for doubt solving(SME) purpose in organization tuetal. Then I cancelled the order and asked for refund on july. The organization have mailed me regarding the cancellation and refund. But still I have not received the refund.
