Oreol Medcare - Didn t pick on time

On **/**/**** we keep on calling for pickup, but they said that they will come before *pm, I gave the parcel to the security but no one come to pickup. Its been a * days . The parcel contains medical accessories , that was a Emergency to send to Calicut Hospital but we couldnt send on time there.
