travolook in - Didn t get ticket refund

I booked air ticket from "travolook.in" . After few hours I get a mail that my ticket was not booked due to some issue and my refund would be initiated within few working days. But it has been around **-** days, I am still waiting for my refund. And whenever I am calling at customer care they are giving time of few more days to get my refund back. My reference number is REF*********. Thanks
