I'm Priyanka Gohil Worked as a CCE In Nova Ivf fertility centre (A Unit of Rhea Health Care Pvt Ltd) since a year I resigned from the company At *st January and my resignation period was ** days after that from there request I extend my resignation period I left my job at ** January. As per Government rules I got my salary after my last day at hospital but yet I didn't receive my salary. I thought I am also eligible for Gratuity .
I hope you helped me and do needful for this.
