My friend who is not much literate installed a story watching and listening app 'storytv' as it started it asked for ₹* trial for one day then they asked for auto-pay of monthly subscription of Rs *** as he didn't understand he accepted the auto-pay request, on April ** **** his account was deducted by ₹***. He told me everything and I revoked the subscription from his payment app and now it has been a whole ** hrs since cancellation and we haven't got any refund yet. Please help us with this problem
