Manmatters - Didn t get refund

I ordered derma roller and minoxidil from manmatters.com and made online payment through upi on ** feb ****. But later on the same day, i cancelled the order but didn't get the cashback. I tried reaching to theme on number given by them as ***- ********. But no was there to answer. I tried reach theme using their WhatsApp contact, luckily i got the reply on next day and they convinced me that my issue has been forwarded to their team but that was of no help. I see that this is not the problem with other websites like amazon and flipkart because they instantly refund the amount. I couldn't study for my upcoming examination because i was tired of trying to contact theme.
