Fabsea shop - Didn t get order payment receipt

I ordered * portable folding leisure chairs. I pay money thru GPay. I received payment completed notification from GPay. But In Fabsea shop payment shows pending. And I didn't get payment acknowledgement from company. Please help me. I have evidence of payment. How to attach evident in this complaint, guide me.

Fabsea shop – Package not delivered Closed
I hav placed an order * week before and amount deducted but no didn't receive any product and no email with my order details, written couple of emails to their support email id but no response
