NIMS University - Didn t get my refund yet

I am Tanvi, I had applied in NIMS University Rajasthan. But due to distance and financial reasons I cancelled my admission. The university promised to refund me **** rs which I paid for booking my seat. I am contacting them since months, they haven't responded to my mails, texts, calls. This is ridiculous.
