INDIGO SPICE JET - Didn t get full refund

I booked Indigo flight from Bengaluru to Nagpur by mistake for **th November. I immdiately cancelled it once the confirmation of ticket came and I realized the mistake that I had booked for Nagpur and not New Delhi. Ease my trip deducted Rs *** (portal fee) + Rs **** as airline charges. When I called Indigo, they told as per DGCA guidelines I will get full refund. But Ease my trip still deducted *** rupees out of **** outruling DGCA's rule. The ease my trip portal says I will get only **** as refund.
Spice Jet
Three times booking got made on same name even though I selected other name. Ease my trip did not accept their portal's issues. I had to call Spicejet to cancel the two out of three bookings made on name of same person for Spice jet flight on **th November from Bengaluru to Delhi. They deducted Rs *** again overruling DGCA's guidelines.
