Vihaarna - Didn t deliver product as promised

I placed an order of * outfits.
* from her page and * customized. She promised to deliver me in a month. Took full payment and then just received * product till *.* month. Later when I received other products, either it is defective or it is not what she had promised. Just sent something to show that the product is delivered. And she had promised to give me the refund if the products don't turn out how they are supposed to be. Now she is not ready to give any refund, nor she is happily replacing the products. She said she will send me other products as replacement but since then she is only ignoring mt calls and hardly replies
