Jitendra Singh filed complaint against Timbl on Jan 30, 2019
I registered with timbl on *rd of jan ****. After * day the internet connectivity was not available there. I waited till **th of jan and finally called thier support team to ask about. They mentioned that it will be fixed today itself as the issue was in my whole area.
Again i waited till **th jan **** but the internet was not there. I called them so they said from there end issue has been fixed. I told them I'm not getting any internet connectivity on my wifi router. I requested them to arrange a technical team visit to my place to check the issue. That request was closed without any visit.
Again i called them and asked them to terminate my connection and give me refund back my money as they are not able to provide the services and fix the issue as they commited. On **st i got a call from timbl team and they requested to give them one last chance to fix the issues and to provide me the best of their services.
Unfortunately, i didn't found any changes in their services. My all connectivity requests and cancellation requests were auto closed without my acknowledgement. They didn't confirmed with me whether the problem has been fixed from my end or not.
From last * days I'm continuously calling their support team to help me out but every time these guys are closing all the requests.
Please help me out to get back my hard earned money as timbl doesn't care about their customers and how their team is behaving with customers. Its been month to my connection. But ot is not yet working .
