On **th of december **** I placed order of two tshirts from bootees.com, then after one month I didnt got my order so i contact them they told me to wait for another ** days. Then again after * month that is on **th of february **** I called them and told them to cancel my order and refund my payment. They cancelled my order and told me that they will refund in * to ** days but now after * months, still that refund is pending. They didn't recive my calls didn't reply to my mails. They only said that they will refund my amount soon but it's been * months but they didn't refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
