I8earpod - Didn't get the refund

I cancelled my order IEP***** on ** Sept **** request a refund . I am contacting I*earpods everyday but didn't get any response from them. I need my refund before i take a legal action against this fraud organization. I have also read lot of complaints against i*earpods on consumer forum. Please take appropriate action .
