Rahul Das filed complaint against Phonepe on May 9, 2018
An online recharge transaction has failed on PhonePe. The assured me that they'll credit the amount to my debit card within * days. But after * days when they didn't credit the amount, I tried to reach them out but received no response.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
