Aryan Rawlani filed complaint against Elanic on May 17, 2019
I received an order on Elanic for which I dispatched the product soon after and after reaching the customer they decided to return it. Hence after my product would be returned to me via the same shipping provider (Delhivery). The order was returned on **rd February **** in the morning [By the customer].

The return process started on that day but it has never reached me since. The package reached my city (Ahmedabad) on *th April **** and the package was lost on **th April **** (Evidence attached). After reaching out to delhivery wasting hours on customer care, emails, the finally they did not do anything for me. Mr Sanjeev who was a supervisor at Delhivery was also unprofessional and couldn't help me anyhow. I did not realize my problems at all. After dozens of email to Elanic, all of which were completely ignored or were just thwarted my solution by saying "Your request has been escalated to the concerned department". On top of that Elanic has no customer care number so you have to reach by email or number. By email, they take *-* days to respond then respond with useless stuff. (Eg. I gave all my details all info about an order then * days later they respond saying give your order id. I had already given all the details! Then when I send the details again they take *-* days again with all the useless responses.
I even complained through the app chat where it says that they will respond in *-** mins but they did not respond to me until the next day. Even after they did the response was again the same "Wait for some time". I'm sick of this. In summary, I have wasted much of my precious time just to get my parcel or my money back which was poorly handled by all the concerned teams. No customer support no nothing. Here I am * months later (**+ days and counting) and still, I have not received a word of the proper response. Nor my money back nor my parcel. It's literally mental harassment at this point. I also ask them to pay me a compensation amount as the result of the mental harassment caused. It's not just about me I want these companies to stop these fraud cases with customers.
