Moborocks - Did not recieve my battery ordered for over a year now I was scammed and I want my refund

I ordered a battery for my old nokia phone, back in September **, ****. I mailed them multiple times over days but there was no reply. I have clearly been scammed so I don't want the battery anymore I want my money back.
