Iziffy Com - Did not recevie delivery of the product

I made online purchase (Microsoft Surface Go) from www.iziffy.com on **th November **** and paid Rs. ***** and till date did not received delivery of the product, there no direct contact provided by the company, only email address, wrote several email and warning for complaint in consumer court and police. No feedback received from them. I think they are big fraud in name of online marketplace.
