I have purchased * items from first cry. Due to network issue or something else my payment was deducted from my account but order was cancelled from your side. I have ordered on *th October **** at **:** am. Order id is ********MTPAE*F*B*b and amount is **** Rs. I have complained so many times didn't got positive response. Reply me as soon as possible and refund my money back. In this will i am going to file complain in RBI uf I will not receive positive feedback from your side. Please help me regarding same.
