Instylehere com - Did not received any information about my order after payments made

I ordered * tops from instylehere.com on ** july **** from its webpage through my facebook account. I made the payment of rs.*** at the same time to complete my order but only they sent me the payment id which is pay_FGFmGscsm*UgiZ.
After that no other information has been shared to me yet regarding the same. Moreover my account is showing that i have not placed any order yet. Where is my order?
