Instagram account theredclothingline - Did not receive the product after payment

On **nd March, **** after having discussions about the size, I ordered * piece of items from the instagram account "theredclothingline". Because they didn't have the size for footwear, a lady sent me a voice msg stating that those are new items so I can provide them my size which they will send. They had an ongoing offer which stated * items from their page at ****rs if paid online and **** for COD. So they asked for my address and contact details and asked me to pay ****rs. I thought its better to pay online, why should I pay extra ***rs. So they sent me the paytm Upi id **********@paytm. The name was balveer singh. The payment reference no- is ************. They mentioned it would take * days to deliver my order. Then today I asked them to send the tracking details. So as soon as they saw the message they blocked my account. And I was shocked. Please help me get my hard earned back. I can find no other way to get my money back.
