Beyutify yourself - Did not receive the order

I did not reive my order yet I placed an order on May *, ****, and I emailed them the same more than * emails. there is no contact number i dm them on Instagram but I did not receive an email, they gave answers to the first two emails than they did not provide an answer I asked them to return the amount I paid but there is no response from their end.
