Dhfl Pramerica Life Insurance Company - Did not receive the life insurance Bond

One month ago an agent from Pramerica Life insurance company came an suggest us for buying an insurance from them.
They told us every damm good things about this company and thus i thought that it would be truly work.
But after i purchase their insurance through online they told me You will receive the Insurance paper within **days by post. But till now its over one month from the date of purchasing I didn't receive the bond paper and neither they are receiving my call.
For the proof i am attaching the payment invoice and a duplicate copy which they gave me.
Please take an immediate action sir, I need that money to be refunded.
