I had ordered two sweatshirts from Dry city India on *st December, ****. Got the confirmation call and mail too from the vendor. I received the order on *th December,****. After I paid to the delivery guy, checked the product genuinity and found one of the sweatshirt's color was wrongly delivered and both also had size issue. There was * days return policy of this company. I immediately contacted them through mail and whatsspp number provided by them. But there was no immediate response, I waited for around * days till they responded. I told them the whole issue and how I need a product replacement for this, also told them too that due to them the return request is delayed and they only provide * days policy. they said it is olay and they will make a replacement for the product and will reach after the current product is picked from me and then they will dispatch my replacement. It went ** days for the order to be picked from my house that had wrong size. After that I tried contacting them and letting them know that I had given the product and when will my replacement product be dispatched. They said it will be dispatched after they will recieve the product But since then no response is been given from their side, I tried calling them mailing them , messaging them on WhatsApp. They are not responding at all. Now they have my money and their product too.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
