starbazaar - did not get the refund

so i ordered my groceries online on *st Sept **** from star bazaar & after trying *-* times finally my money got debited and i thought my order had been placed, but when i checked my order status i did not see any orders in my orders . I tried checking their customer service options but what i found is the mail option, i mailed them on the same day & i received a response saying your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department . whenever i tried to follow up on mail i got the same response *-* times then they asked me the bank statement of a week the asked for a statement of the month,& i sent everything, again same response, then tried to chat with them on their app they directly said we did not receive your payment they asked me to cross-check with my bank, i did and the bank said the money got debited . i tried to chat with them again but they used to tell the same answer ..that my concern has been forwarded to the concerned department, i tried after * days and then they said yes the payment has been done and we sincerely apologise for the same, we have kept your concern on our priority, this was the chat from Monday on **th Sept and i did not get any response or refund yet, today is Friday, i again had to chat with them for the same, again same response, i asked them to give my refund or give me your managers number, they said you will receive a call in * mins and it been an hour did not receive any calls. and now i am tired of this pathetic customer support
and i have no option except consumer forum.
